At Uendishop, every item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
